Job Title: Interim Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small, busy transactional team and will be based in our Maidenhead office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of transactions, including sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Month-end management, including treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and petty cash management
  • Quarterly VAT returns and external audits
  • Analysis and reporting of funding, as well as providing hands-on transactional support at peak times
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or Newly Qualified/Finalist
  • Proven experience of managing and motivating small finance/transactional teams
  • Strong Excel and accountancy systems skills
  • Experience with Access Finance is highly advantageous
