Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Supporting the delivery of staff events, graduation, and external visits.">
  • Managing events administration, including overseeing relevant documentation, inputting and analysing event data, and administering temporary staff and budgets.">
  • Creating detailed events plans and briefings in a clear and consistent manner.">
  • Producing materials and communications to support events, adhering to the University's identity and brand guidelines.">
  • Managing technical aspects of hybrid/online events using Microsoft Teams and recommending new software as needed.">

Requirements

Applicants should have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and experience with event management are also desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday and flexible working arrangements. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the success of the University and enjoy a rewarding career in an inspiring environment.
