A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a leading nursing home based in the Wroxham, Norwich area.

You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider, offering nursing and dementia care with a warm and homely person-centred approach from a stable and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
  • Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
  • Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visit where necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
