Sales Team Lead

We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to help us achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a frontline sales team to identify and win new business with customers
- Distribute and manage sales leads across the team and ensure timely follow-up
- Develop sales pipelines with customers, from lead to delivery, meeting and exceeding targets
- Implement a performance management culture and routine within the team, including regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback
- Recruit and grow the team for success
- Forecast team performance
- Ensure outstanding customer service and facilitate the recording of customer satisfaction
- Support the team in promoting new products
- Collaborate with other sales team managers to share best practices and develop a consistent approach
- Proven track record of managing a B2C internal team (up to 10 people)
- Clear focus on performance development, team management, and continuous improvement
- Previous sales management experience in a B2C consultative environment, with a strong passion for energy technology and decarbonisation
- Strong focus on the customer, with a genuine passion for going above and beyond
- Ability to show a completer finisher mentality and understand processes as a whole
- Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adjust to change and keep up with a fast-moving business
- Ability to develop a base technical product knowledge to support customers in achieving low carbon energy use
- Background or interest in Solar is ideal but not essential
- Able to work in the office 5 days a week
