Sales Negotiation Specialist

We are seeking a Residential Property Advisor to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking viewings, completing customer records, and generating offers. With a competitive salary of circa £27,000 plus bonus, and benefits such as mileage allowance and parking permit, this is an ideal opportunity for those looking to progress in their careers.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, solicitors, and other third-party operators to deliver excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining company records, adhering to legislation, and working within approved budgets.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and solid IT skills, particularly with Estate Agency CRM systems. You should also have negotiation skills, a natural sales ability, and be well-presented and punctual.
