Job Title: Product Manager Specialist

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead product development in the personal care, toiletry, and household industry. This exciting opportunity allows an innovative professional to join a fast-paced business with global offices.

The ideal candidate will work closely with retailers and suppliers to design and supply bespoke products across various categories, including health and beauty, personal care, toiletries, and household products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trend and core products for the value-retail market
  • Conduct market research and identify new product ideas
  • Lead the product development process, including brand development, design, and supplier relations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment throughout the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong product management and/or product development or brand management experience/skills
  • Fluent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
