Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
About the CompanyOur client is a reputable Property Consultancy with a strong presence in the region. They deliver a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, they have established a great reputation in the market.
The PositionWe are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects across multiple sectors, providing an excellent chance for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Possess excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Be willing to work towards APC and become Chartered/already Chartered.
- Excellent company culture and flat management structure.
