Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Your Role: As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage projects end-to-end, working with client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining project scope definition, schedule, costs, resource plan, and RAID logs
  • Delegating and allocating responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end
  • Presenting and reporting on project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying and deploying mitigation strategies for risks
  • Providing technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration
  • Ensuring standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
  • Driving improvements to Fynity's project management approach and processes
  • Managing hours to achieve delivery timelines while maintaining high quality standards

About You:

We are looking for a driven, motivated, and passionate Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering Oracle CX solutions on time and on budget. You will be able to reference multiple successful end-to-end deliveries where you have worked across the full lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management experience across multiple end-to-end projects, ideally in a client-facing consultancy setting
  • Strong knowledge and experience of delivering Oracle CX Cloud solutions – Sales, Service, Marketing, etc. -
  • Project Management qualification
  • Experience of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to quality, budget, and on time
  • Exceptional communication skills
