Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. As a key member of our care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including food and drink preparation and following individual care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our care home.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in caring for older adults, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work flexibly and be available to work varied shifts.
