About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in senior sales, business development, or commercial roles within a plastic fabrication business with a turnover of £2M-£20M. Your expertise in advising on and shaping marketing and sales strategies will be invaluable in helping the business navigate its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to the board on business development and growth initiatives
  • Advise on marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Contribute to decision-making at the board level, leveraging your commercial expertise
  • Attend bi-monthly board meetings and participate in monthly sales meetings
