**Company Overview**

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a rapidly expanding cloud computing platform. As part of our engineering team, you will be working on the development and maintenance of AWS's infrastructure.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hardware and network diagnostics, as well as physical repair of data center equipment.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 per year, which is competitive with industry standards.

**Job Description**

As an intern, you will participate in a 12-week internship program in our London data centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing infrastructure-related support to our internal workforce;
  • Resolving tickets related to hardware and networking issues;

In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data center space.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work well with others in a team environment, displaying excellent time management skills.

Basic knowledge of Linux and networking is an advantage.
