Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing. As an Adhoc Community Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and improving overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • To maintain accurate records of client care and progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 hours per week available for weekend shifts.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
