Early Years Development Assistant

In this role as an Early Years Development Assistant at Getting In Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the daily care and development of children in our nursery setting. The position involves assisting with various tasks such as feeding, changing, and engaging in play with the children.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, changing, and engaging in play
- Participate in planning and implementing educational and creative activities to support children's development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Encourage positive behavior and interactions among children, promoting their emotional and social development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and supervisors regarding children's progress and needs
Salary: Estimated salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per year
