Job Title: Global Quality Systems Manager

Indivior is seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global quality organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and driving a culture of quality at Indivior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the establishment and lifecycle management of Indivior's Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS).
  • Ensure quality processes are effective, enabling commercial product release supporting patient markets supplied globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements across the PQS.
  • Develop and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality processes and procedures.
  • Lead regulatory inspections and readiness efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a life science or engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in establishing quality processes and systems in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, or medical device industries.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CI tools and techniques.
  • Project Management experience or certification.
  • Green Belt Certified in Lean Six-Sigma.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of practical understanding of drug product/device regulatory requirements.
