We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our client's first customer mobile application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex work into smaller, iterative chunks to deliver incremental value to customers.
  • Reduce complexity and risk, delivering functioning features sooner, and achieving faster feedback cycles.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure effective collaboration across locations.
  • Use metrics from Jira to track team performance, provide data-driven insights, and demonstrate improvement over time.
  • Drive progress forward and ensure the team stays on track with delivery goals.
  • Guide and support teams in managing delivery plans and ensuring work is focused on delivering one task before moving onto the next.
  • Encourage swarming behavior to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a Senior Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, within a Scrum framework.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools.
