About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Specialist to join our team at Ocado Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an established tax professional to support a range of global international tax advisory and reporting requirements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Model Review: Review and maintain transfer pricing models to ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including the Guidelines for Compliance.
  • Tax Strategy Alignment: Support the definition and implementation of the tax strategy and tax policies, aligned with overall business objectives and regulatory environment.
  • Tax Landscape Research: Conduct initial research on tax landscape in new territories and identify commercial risks to optimise outcomes for the business, seeking external advice as needed.
  • Commercial Opportunity Identification: Identify and deliver relevant commercial opportunities, including establishing, quantifying and tracking of all incentives and other beneficial agreements with tax authorities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA or CTA Qualification: Qualified ACA or equivalent and/or CTA with 5+ years PQE.
  • International Tax Experience: Experience of working in a broad international tax environment, researching new territories and monitoring tax developments.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax stakeholders.
