This opportunity requires a qualified and experienced Plumber Multi Trader with additional skills in basic carpentry, electrics, patch plastering, and tiling. The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing and possess a CSCS Skilled Worker card and DBS certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
  • Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • Full UK driving license (not EU license)
  • Own tools
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • CSCS Skilled Worker card
  • DBS certificate
