Job Title: Trainee Store Manager

Deichmann Shoes is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Store Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products
  • Resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget
  • Stock management and analysis of sales performance data
  • Make recommendations for ways to improve sales performance
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained
  • Support the delivery of KPIs and meet company standards
  • Assist in recruitment and training of the team
Requirements:
  • A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector
  • A positive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure
  • The confidence and ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the team
  • Numerate and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
Salary:

£27,000 per annum
