Children's Mental Health Service Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospital Director to lead our low secure forensic service for men over 50. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Hospital Senior Management Team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to oversee clinical risk management and ensure the service meets quality and care standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
- Degree-level education or relevant health or social care professional registration.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong financial management skills and experience of budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in complex situations.
