About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary SEN school in the Trafford area of Manchester. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with complex needs and will be able to provide high-quality support to enhance their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the needs of students with special educational needs
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, SPLD, and Cerebral Palsy
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
