We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team at Intego Corporate Ltd T/A STALSEN.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or a similar role, with a strong grasp of social media analytics and media monitoring.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with the implementation of marketing plans to promote our products and services.
  2. Creating and editing marketing collateral using design software such as InDesign and Canva.
  3. Managing storage and version control for marketing materials.
  4. Developing visual and written marketing materials while following brand guidelines.
  5. Executing email marketing campaigns and building databases.
  6. Researching sector-specific upcoming events and trade shows.
  7. Managing marketing activity calendars for core customers.
  8. Developing case studies and assisting with the coordination and management of webinars.
  9. Creating content for social media and monitoring responses.
  10. Analysing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  11. Updating website and customer online portals.
  12. Staying current on market trends and competitor activity.
  13. Assisting with event planning and execution, including tradeshows and product launches.

This part-time role offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include discounted food and on-site parking.

Apart from your professional experience, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have some knowledge of design software, and basic understanding of CMS and email marketing tools.
