The OpportunityYou will be responsible for supporting our Employer Solutions team by assisting with technical consultancy work, including drafting advice and reports, calculation work, etc.
- Develop your expertise in Employment Taxes, including salary exchange arrangements, employment status, and IR35, global mobility, benefits and expenses, and staff rewards.
- Shadow our Employer Solutions advisors and become an advisor over time with appropriate training.
- Work within our local Employer Solutions team and assist the national team as required.
- Contribute to delivering Employment Tax advisory work and help the team achieve its business plan goals.
- Utilize your experience in Employment Taxes, PAYE, NIC, and Personal Taxation to manage and deliver tax planning advisory work.
