Assembly Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team at Premier Work Support in East London. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and meeting customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various tasks in the warehouse to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and company-specific procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work with specific instructions and guidelines to assemble products that meet quality standards.
  • Read wiring diagrams and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Use hand tools and drills to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numeracy and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is advantageous.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to read wiring diagrams and drawings.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
