We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at TQR Careers in Weston-Super-Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent position with hybrid working available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax returns, and VAT returns, as well as providing bookkeeping and management accounting services. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Accounts Technician or Semi-Senior in an accountancy practice, with AAT qualifications (preferred) or equivalent experience.

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.

Job Description
  • Preparing Financial Statements: The successful candidate will prepare financial statements for various business structures, including limited companies.
  • Tax Returns: The candidate will calculate and file personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
