Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Advisory Officer to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and provide strategic support to the business in assessing their impacts.
  • Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that our business practices align with industry standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for regulatory or governance queries, providing guidance and expertise to the business.
  • Provide compliance advice on regulatory issues and risks related to our business or function, including new business models, products, and processes.
  • Attend regular business and governance meetings, providing compliance updates on regulatory developments, risks, and relevant topics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance within the investment management, wealth management, and/or advisory/consulting sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of the FCA Handbook and its implications for our business.
  • IMC Qualification is highly advantageous.
