## Secondary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Secondary Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to extend your leadership experience and contribute to the success of our school community.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to support student learning
* Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Facilitate small group activities and discussions to enhance student engagement
* Offer guidance and encouragement to students, helping them to reach their full potential

### Requirements

* Graduate with a 2:1 or higher from a top UK university
* Passion for education and a desire to support student learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
