We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Helpdesk Operator to join our team at BAM Construct & Ventures UK. As a Helpdesk Operator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Issue tasks to site teams and monitor each task through to completion.
- Provide administration support to projects and local FM teams.
- Provide quotes to clients for extra works and raise purchase orders to sub-contractors.
- Provide information and take bookings from internal and external customers for sports and room facilities.
- Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive and flexible approach to work.
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
