We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Foodservice team as a Strategic Regional Coffee Growth Manager. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the UK and Ireland market.

Job Description

This home-based role requires 60% travel time to meet with key clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting key regional coffee chain targets through market research, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Developing long-lasting collaborative relationships with key problem owners and stakeholders.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of key targets.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to execute brand campaigns and develop drinks menus based on market trends and insights.
  • Collaborating with regional chains to develop menus using our barista team's expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in dealing with and managing coffee/bakery chains or similar in the UK and Ireland.
  • A strong understanding of the foodservice coffee market and existing contacts.
  • Significant experience in a similar role or foodservice environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams.
  • A positive and ambitious attitude towards driving new business growth.
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to travel up to 60% of the week.
