A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Resident Maintenance Engineer to join the Invictus Group team at a healthcare site in Cheltenham.

This role offers a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a continental shift pattern consisting of 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off, etc.

As a Resident Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical plant & building services.

You will also be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within building maintenance, a City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent, and 18th edition certification.

They will also be well-presented, with good interpersonal skills, and a clean Full UK Driving Licence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and progress within the industry, with the Invictus Group renowned for investing in their people and providing the latest training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM's, FCU's, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, UPS, BMS, generators, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience within building maintenance.
  • City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent.
  • 18th edition certification.
  • Well-presented, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
