Our client, Cathedral Appointments Ltd, a prestigious and forward-thinking Financial Services firm based in Newton Abbot, are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join their team. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of office and remote work, with three days spent in the Newton Abbot office and two days working from home.

This position involves receiving instructions during debriefings from advisers following client meetings, analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions that meet client needs and objectives, and loading cases onto relevant platforms in a suitable manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services, with a strong desire to progress to Level 6. They will also have a practical awareness and up-to-date knowledge of retail financial products, excellent communication skills, and a competent use of IT systems.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000, which is commensurate with industry standards and reflects the company's commitment to offering fair compensation for experienced professionals like this one.

This role includes a generous benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme with a 3% employer contribution, Statutory Sick Pay, and Discretionary Annual Leave of up to twice the employee's annual salary.
