About the Role

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Labourer to join their team on an ongoing fit-out project in Corby.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS Card and be able to commit to working 10-12 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist trades on site
  • Lift and shift materials around the site
  • Ensure the site is safe to work and clear walkways
  • Perform general cleaning tasks
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the team

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Two commercial relevant references
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis & Safety boots)
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
  • May require heavy lifting and physical exertion
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of basic construction practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and stamina
  • Good communication skills
