About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited as a Transport Supervisor in Holywell. As part of our busy transport operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe dispatch of drivers, both owned and subcontracted, across Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and safe dispatch of drivers
  • Manage a team of drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes
  • Validate all runs to ensure they are completed safely and on time
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a transport / logistics organisation
  • Experience of managing conflicting priorities in a fast moving environment
  • CPC would be desirable
  • Working knowledge of driver hours regulations
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
