Job Description:

At BestForexBonus, we're committed to excellence in our Anti-Money Laundering/Combating of Terrorism Financing efforts. We're seeking a skilled Financial Crime Analyst - Transaction Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

  1. We require you to review transactions for any potential Money Laundering or Terrorist Financing cautionary flags and escalate cases that necessitate further review by the next level.
  2. You will perform risk-based reviews on transaction monitoring cases, analyze trends, and mitigate ML/TF risks with clear and concise narratives.
  3. Your responsibility will include ensuring the closure of alerts with appropriate remarks/comments.
  4. Additionally, you will ensure that investigators are adhering to the proper escalation mechanisms and alert resolution processes.
  5. Conduct Quality Assurance of closed AML alerts using a sampling methodology to guarantee the highest standards.
  6. Stay abreast of related laws, regulations, and best practices pertaining to Anti-Money Laundering/Combating of Terrorism Financing and contribute suggestions to enhance systems, methodologies, and process simplification.
  7. Identify and assess possible Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing risks that may arise in relation to new products, services, business practices, and delivery mechanisms.
  8. Design, test, and enforce transaction monitoring rules based on business needs and review existing rules for amendments based on ongoing evaluations and generated alerts.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Anti-Money Laundering efforts. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
