Your Role:
- Conduct Safeguarding Adults inquiries, Care Act assessments, and coordinate with local services and voluntary agencies.
- Facilitate access to necessary support services through support conversations, assessments, and planning sessions.
- Engage in Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests assessments as per the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
