Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Unit Manager in our newly opened unit located in the South of Oldham. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs arising from dementia, learning disabilities, neuro-disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant Nursing Qualification (RMN, RGN or RNLD)
- Minimum 6 months UK Nursing experience
- Valid NMC Registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to Live and Work in the UK (British Passport Holder)
- Strong Team working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care, values and evidence-based practice
