About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Healthcare Conferences UK Ltd inc Social Care Conferences UK & Education Conferences UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilising different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with, and provide training to, the Marketing Execs and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Work with the Marketing Execs to develop content and email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
- Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure and learn from campaign performance.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as Semrush, HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Analytics, email marketing and social media.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and content production.
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
