About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Team Manager to join our team at the Isle of Wight Council. As a key member of our Child Assessment and Safeguarding Teams, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Manager and team members to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective social work practice and policies
- Provide guidance and supervision to social workers to ensure high-quality practice
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to achieve shared goals and objectives
