About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Research Developer to work closely with world-class researchers, implementing and monitoring trading strategies, and helping execute them. You will work on a wide range of problems, including optimizing models, software engineering, strategy analysis, and understanding market structure.
Requirements- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or computer science
- Strong Python programming ability, including data analysis
- Keenness to get stuck in with the financial markets
- Ability to participate in operational support and monitoring
- Attention to detail and a desire to understand complex issues
- Working alongside other extremely talented and driven engineers
