Key Responsibilities
  • Foster business opportunities by continually expanding your network and introducing new sales prospects to The Collecting Group.
  • Utilize Salesforce to efficiently manage consignments and customer interactions from initial contact through auction close, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and information.
  • Participate in external events for Collecting Cars & Watch Collecting to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Maintain an open-minded, adaptable attitude, identifying opportunities for company evolution and improvement.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service, fostering a reputation that encourages word-of-mouth referrals and drives business success.
  • Develop confident communication skills, effectively handling high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
