Job Title: Aircraft Appearance Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Appearance Team Leader to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation on our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all aircraft are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all aircraft are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of aircraft presentation are met, including interior and exterior cleaning.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained and stored properly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with airline customers to ensure that their cleaning needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role, preferably in an aviation or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or technical training preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
