  Company Overview
Our client, a highly motivated leadership team, is seeking a commercially focused Group Finance Director to drive performance and support growth ambitions. This dynamic group requires a strategic partner who can ensure financial robustness and steer the business towards long-term sustainability and growth.
  Salary:
Up to £85,000 per annum,
  Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead a small finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. You will implement and integrate technology platforms to enhance efficiency and support scalable operations. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining a robust financial framework, including policies, procedures, and internal controls. You will provide expert financial guidance to the Managing Director and Leadership team, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Standards.
  Requirements:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 10 years of progressive experience in financial roles, including 5 years in a Financial Controller or similar senior position within a commercial organisation. Strong technological proficiency and proven leadership skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
