Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team as a Hazardous Materials Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the BOHS P402 certification and have a strong understanding of health and safety legislation related to asbestos.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos surveys across various properties, including Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys.
• Collect and analyze bulk samples to produce high-quality survey reports.
• Liaise with clients, management teams, and tenants to ensure effective communication and project management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 certification
• Full UK driving license with a willingness to travel
• Flexible working approach to commuting and out-of-hours work
• Good level of IT skills and knowledge of TEAMS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
