Supporting Individuals to Reach Their Full Potential

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Practitioner to join our team in Paisley. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a range of needs, including Autism, learning and physical disabilities, forensic, complex needs, alcohol and drug-related brain damage, and behaviours of concern.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication, and personal care, as well as providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a creative mindset. A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.

Shift Patterns

Our team provides 24/7 support, with a 3-week rolling rota. Shift patterns are varied between 7am and 11pm, with two sleepovers per week. The sleepover part of your shift is not included in your contracted hours, but you will receive an additional £99.20 for each sleepover.
