Role Overview
Force Recruitment is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading client based in the North of the UK. The successful candidate will have a background in life sciences and medical devices, with a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance on medical equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Installation and Commissioning: Ensure medical devices are installed and commissioned correctly, following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical devices, using technical knowledge and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to clients and internal staff regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
Requirements
- Experience working with medical devices and life sciences equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel to client sites as required
