Scientific Laboratory Equipment Technician

A leading provider of sophisticated laboratory-based instrumentation seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. Based at customer sites throughout the region, this role involves planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown, and repair of cutting-edge Laboratory Instrumentation. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or Science and have experience working in a customer-facing field service engineer or technical support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at customer sites throughout the territory
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of laboratory instrumentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments
