About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gaming Content Manager to join our UK Content Team in Leeds. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in ensuring the best gaming experience for all customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing online and retail casino content.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the development, testing, and delivery of gaming content and platforms for the retail business. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting compliance testing of all games prior to deployment, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Creating and maintaining bespoke UAT test scripts for Content, Product, and Platform releases, utilizing Jira and other tools as necessary.
• Providing formal sign-off on Content, Product, and Platform releases, ensuring timely deployment and remedial updates.
• Planning the weekly Safer Gambling process, identifying players at risk, and collaborating with the Compliance team.
• Developing and implementing the three-stage Gaming Responsible Messaging process for at-risk players, reporting on message delivery and failures.
• Compiling weekly blacklist reports for the Leeds BI team and updating Session Tagged player data.
• Supporting the marketing team by scripting staff game briefs highlighting features and gameplay.
• Providing agreed reporting requirements to Retail Ops teams and supporting various Operations teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• A strong gaming background or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Jira.
• Experience in data analytics or project management in a test role is desirable.
• A retail background or experience is an advantage.
