The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Charity Fundraiser to join our team. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, promoting our charity partners, and encouraging donations through regular monthly direct debit schemes or lottery sign-ups.
You will work independently, visiting specific streets and houses within pre-allocated areas by postcode. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

- Meet and exceed targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Represent Charity Link and our charity partners with integrity and professionalism
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising roles
- Ability to work core hours (11am-7pm) and twilight hours (5-7pm)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
- Basic salary starting from £23,795 per annum
- Uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE)
