Ergonomics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ergonomics Consultant to join our team at Irwin and Colton, a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ergonomics and human factors, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and programmes.

• Manage ergonomics programmes for clients across various settings, including office, retail, and lab environments.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met and share regular reports with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively within project teams to support the achievement of project briefs.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of legislation, company policies, and procedures, and work within agreed resources.

• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Demonstration of equivalent qualification or experience in ergonomics.
• Desirable to be a Member of a Professional Body (e.g. CIEHF).
• DSE assessor qualified and preferably advanced ergonomics qualification such as CEAS level 1, MSc, etc.
