Category Growth Specialist

As a Category Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic product category planning and development.
You will work closely with our product team to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing product strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive category development and NPD
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on product management, NPD, or category management
- High degree of commercial acumen, including data analysis and project substantiation
- Proven track record of evaluating and developing strategic market opportunities
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
