About the Role

The Project Support Officer is an essential member of the Professional Services Team who will have great attention to detail, a flexible attitude to work and ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project toolsets, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Keep project data up-to-date, ensuring relevant information is recorded appropriately and promptly.
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
  • Communicate project information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with project queries, ensuring issues are escalated as required to the Professional Services Project Manager.
  • Organise meetings, work schedules, and diaries, ensuring that colleagues in the Professional Services team are prepared for engagements.
  • Provide all relevant supporting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Manage travel arrangements, travel investigations for complex travel, and visa arrangements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in organising and prioritising multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in working with a team in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • The ability to follow, maintain, and improve processes where required.
  • Knowledge and experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility to meet high standards.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your own workload.
  • Previous use of maintaining records on a CRM/database applications.
  • Proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance is desirable but not essential.

You'll join our Project Management team, part of Professional Services, working in a hybrid environment, and you will play a pivotal role in our successful team.
